STERLING SERVICE AWARD:
The purpose of the Sterling Service Award is to recognize members of Tenth District Advertising Clubs/Federations and/or the AAF who have made outstanding and unselfish contributions to the growth and improvement of advertising.

Any member of an Advertising Club/Federation of the AAF is eligible for nomination. This member must have made substantial contributions to advertising on a local and district level. Any contributions at the national level should also be noted.

Each club may submit one nominee annually; nominations will not be carried over year-to-year. Each nomination should be accompanied by such supporting evidence as deemed appropriate by the club and shall be submitted on no more than two, 8.5"x11" pages to include their qualifications. In addition, a short biography should accompany the nomination and may include supporting evidence such as letters of reference and examples of nominee's contributions.

The Tenth District Awards Committee is responsible for receiving nominations and overseeing the selection of the Sterling Service award winner. Nominations should be sent to Kevin Dobbs, Tenth District Awards Committee, P.O. Box 7408, Odessa, TX 79760 or emailed to dobbsprt@nts-online.net or nominations can be presented to the committee at the business meeting of the Winter Leadership Conference, January 19, 2013.

This form may be completed or any type of a written nomination may be submitted. If an alternate form of submission is used, it must include all information requested above.

This award is given at the District's Annual Convention in April and may not be awarded every year.

OUTSTANDING ADVERTISING EDUCATOR AWARD:
The purpose of the award is to recognize members of a Tenth District College Chapter who have made outstanding and unselfish contributions to the growth and improvement of advertising through the academic process.

Any member of an Advertising Club/Federation of the AAF is eligible for nomination. This member must have made substantial contributions to education of advertising on a local, district or national level.

Each club may submit one nominee annually; nominations will not be carried over year-to-year. Each nomination will be accompanied by such supporting evidence as deemed appropriate by the club and shall be submitted on no more than two, 8"x11" pages to include their qualifications. In addition, a short biography should accompany the nomination and may include supporting evidence such as letters of reference and examples of nominee's contributions.
